Sitting on an idyllic location in the lovely neighborhood of The Founders Club, this house will surely captivate you with its privacy and view over a peaceful lake. Entering the house, you are greeted by a large open concept living room and dining room combination, with views through the sliders over the pool and the lake beyond. The kitchen, which is equipped with top of the line Electrolux appliances, an island and bar seating for four, opens over the spacious family room and adjoining casual dining area. The family room is large and airy with corner sliders that open to bring the outside in - ideal for entertaining family and friends - and no bugs as the lanai has electrically operated screens. The master bedroom suite is a delight, and privacy is assured as the three guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The hardwood floored office, complete with electric window screens, is a great getaway for work or reviewing the day's news. Lastly, for those practically minded, the laundry room is one of the largest and most useful that one could imagine. The pool area is open with many sun-drenched areas to relax and has a firepit for those cooler winter days. Designed and built by London Bay Homes, this home has many upgraded features, but one of the most pleasant is the lakeside retreat where you can certainly imagine sitting, book and glass of wine in hand, enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. A perfect end to a perfect day!
