Richard was very professional, optimistic and diplomatic throughout the listing, showing and selling process. He truly went above and beyond for me, including driving to meet me at the house as a hurricane approached to help us change a flat tire! He checked on the house regularly, met vendors and dozens of potential buyers, followed up on leads and answered all my questions. Really can't recommend him highly enough.

My wife and I engaged in an 8-month search that included consideration of everything from Naples to Sarasota and we were assisted by other agents in those markets as well. None went out of their way to assist us more continuously or effectively than Richard. I particularly appreciate how Richard engaged us in numerous conversations trying to ensure that the properties he was presenting were ‘right on target’ for our stated goals. He was scrupulously objective in his observations and advice and became a trusted consultant in our search. As we were out-of-town buyers he repeatedly went out of his way to offer local help and made several trips to our intended purchase in order to observe or confirm particular items about which we had questions. He quickly arranged for a home inspection to be accomplished and we closed in 30 days. We simply had an excellent experience – he was professional, friendly and skillful in everything he did for us.As Richard lives in the Founders Club we are particularly looking forward to counting him and his wife as friends in the future.
